Who we are
At Ascendify, we believe every hero has a story — including the fall. Whether it's injury, pain, or the limits of your own body, we exist to guide you through the climb back. We’re not just therapists; we’re coaches in your comeback. With expert care, customized movement, and relentless support, we help you rebuild what was broken, reclaim your strength, and rise stronger than before.
Rebuild. Rise. Ascend.
“Only the passion for the dreams, courage to pursue them, determination to succeed, turns them into reality.”

Nabeel Bhatti, PT
I’m Nabeel Bhatti, a licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois, Texas, and California, with over 5 years of clinical experience and more than 20 years in healthcare. My work has spanned orthopedics, sports injuries, and neurological rehabilitation, with a special focus on helping stroke survivors regain independence.
My path began with a degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I studied behavioral psychology and how the mind influences healing. I later earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, an experience that gave me a global perspective on patient care.
Since then, I’ve worked in diverse settings—from supporting patients during the COVID-19 pandemic in Texas, to guiding complex orthopedic and neurologic cases in leading rehab centers across California and Illinois. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most powerful part of therapy isn’t just restoring movement—it’s helping people rediscover their confidence and strength.
Back in Chicago, I had the privilege of learning under my father, Dr. Amjad Ali Bhatti, who has over 40 years of experience in orthopedic and manual therapy. His mentorship reinforced my belief in personalized, hands-on care that treats the person, not just the condition.
I founded Ascendify Physical Therapy with a simple mission: to help people feel better, move better, and unlock their inner strength—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply striving for a healthier, more active life.
Why a Phoenix?
I’ve always had a connection with the mythological Phoenix. I can’t recall the amount of times in my life where I’ve had to reinvent myself, find myself again, grow. There was this cycle of trying and failing that eventually led to me being where I am today.
And that’s how I see this cycle of pain. Pain and injury isn’t everlasting, like the Phoenix, we rise from the ashes of our injuries to become better than we were before, something more.
